ReMatriating Governance Circle

Greetings Beautiful Honored GrandMothers and Matriarchs,
|
We are excited to be nearing our time for our first ReMatriating Governance Circle for our still-emerging LIFE as Medicine: Circle of Indigenous Healing Arts, to be held on April 20, 2023. Our Circle will gather both in person at our Studio/School in Musquodoboit Harbour Nova Scotia and simultaneously, virtually through the Zoom platform. We would like people to begin to gather at 10:30 AM (Atlantic) and plan to have Mae Louise Campbell available via Zoom at 11 AM (Atlantic) to offer us teachings on ReMatriating Governance based on wisdom gleaned through her many years as a Moon Lodge Keeper, Consultant, and coFounder and Visionary of the Clan Mothers Healing Village in Manitoba. Flowing from this we will have a Circle with GrandMothers and Matriarchs offering our Wisdoms gleaned from Lived Experiences about how we can continue to envision ReMatriated Governance processes that are dynamic, emerging, healing, and empowering for all involved. We intend to host ongoing Circles to deepen this much-needed conversation as we move forward with a Collaborative Vision of sharing Indigenous Healing Arts locally, nationally and internationally.
