🌿Through Indigenous MindFullNess practices—Ceremony, Smudge, Song, and Prayer— through Teachings and experiential Creation, We will Grow to recognize and repair Fragmentation and learn to reConnect with Elemental Medicines of Earth, Air, Water, and Fire.

🦅Together, We will reAwaken Ancestor and Descendant Resiliencies through powerful Ceremonies and Sharing Circles, opening to Guidance around our Calling, Sacred Path, and Shared ResponseAbilities. Grounded in Cultural Humility and Healing Centered care, We honor Ancient Truth that All Healing Heals All, and work and play to CoCreate Diverse Shared Spaces of Dignity, Safety, and Collective Healing.
